Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by LawnSector Novato Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services Provided

LawnSector Novato Artificial Grass provides artificial grass installation services including residential turf, commercial turf, pet turf systems, putting greens, playground turf, sports turf, turf removal and replacement, and paver with turf installations. All services are subject to availability and proper site conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule your installation, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a warranty on our installation services. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturers and vary by product. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We will make every effort to complete your project on time, but factors beyond our control may cause delays.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your installation, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit or a rescheduling fee.

Property Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the installation area and for marking any underground utilities before we begin work. We recommend contacting 811 to have utilities marked at least 48 hours before your scheduled installation.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other structures that were not properly marked or disclosed prior to installation.

Limitation of Liability

LawnSector Novato Artificial Grass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services provided.

We carry general liability insurance and are licensed contractors in the state of California. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or issues not disclosed during the initial consultation.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of LawnSector Novato Artificial Grass or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marin County, California.
